The Association’s Annual Meeting of the Member Insurers will be held in-person at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 3, 2026, at The Jefferson Hotel, 101 West Franklin Street, Richmond, Virginia 23220.

At that meeting, the Association's Nominating Committee, comprised of three member insurers appointed by the Board of Directors, will make the following nominations for election to the Board:

• UnitedHealthcare Insurance Company
  
• Metropolitan Life Insurance Company
  
• Shenandoah Life Insurance Company
  
• Genworth Life and Annuity Insurance Company

All four nominees currently serve on the Board. Additional nominations for directors may be made as provided in the Association's Plan of Operation, Article 3.A.3.c, which states that, upon the petition of at least ten member insurers, other nominees may be submitted to the Board, but not less than 45 days prior to the annual meeting.
