2023 Annual Meeting Scheduled for October 5

The Annual Meeting of the Member Insurers of the Association will be held in-person at 12:00 Noon on Thursday, October 5, 2023, at The Boars Head Inn, 200 Ednam Drive, Charlottesville, Virginia.

At that meeting, the Association's Nominating Committee, comprised of three member insurers appointed by the Board of Directors, will make the following nominations for election to the Board:

  • Metropolitan Life Insurance Company: 3-year term
  • Shenandoah Life Insurance Company: 3-year term
  • UnitedHealthcare Insurance Company: 3-year term
Additional nominations for directors may be made as provided in the Association's Plan of Operation, Article 3.A.3.c, which states that, upon the petition of at least ten member insurers, other nominees may be submitted to the Board, but not less than 45 days prior to the annual meeting.
