Your company is one deemed by the Commissioner of Insurance of the Commonwealth of Virginia to be a member insurer of the Virginia Life, Accident and Sickness Insurance Guaranty Association (the "Association"). Therefore, please take note that:

The Annual Meeting of the Member Insurers of the Association will be held in-person at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 5, 2024, at The Jefferson Hotel, 101 West Franklin Street, Richmond, Virginia 23220.

At that meeting, the Association's Nominating Committee, comprised of three member insurers appointed by the Board of Directors, will make the following nominations for election to the Board:

Brighthouse Life Insurance Company: 3-year term
Coventry Health Care of Virginia, Inc.: 3-year term
Genworth Life and Annuity Insurance Company: 3-year term
Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of the Mid-Atlantic States, Inc.: 3-year term
New York Life Insurance Company: 3-year term
Settlers Life Insurance Company: 3-year term
Voya Retirement Insurance and Annuity Company: 3-year term

Additional nominations for directors may be made as provided in the Association's Plan of Operation, Article 3.A.3.c, which states that, upon the petition of at least ten member insurers, other nominees may be submitted to the Board, but not less than 45 days prior to the annual meeting.
